My mother had to sell her home of 60 years as she needed to go into a Care Village. Luke was extremely kind and understanding of the situation and the time frame we had to meet. We received multiple good offers within a few weeks and had a seamless sale. Thank you Luke and JL Property.

Luke was excellent both as a property manager when I was renting out the property and as a real estate agent when I was selling it. He always kept me up to date with reports of Open Inspections and follow-ups of all interest they generated. When we received the successful offer he handled all the liaison with the buyers, the outgoing tenants and my conveyancers. He was always great fun to speak to on the telephone, often we would end up joking about situations and our own lives as well as all the business. I would thoroughly recommend working with Luke.

My experience with JL Property was the best, I was so looked after and was treated like a friend from the first day. When I made my first appointment I was kindly picked up by Nicole on behalf of Luke as I couldn’t drive, this gesture meant the world to me and the rest is history. Thank you for helping me find my perfect property! I recommend JL Property to anyone looking to buy or sell! Thanks again

I have been using Luke and his team to manage my properties for many years now so when it came time to sell one of them I knew I could trust Luke to do a professional job in bringing the house to market. The purchaser made it a difficult process but Luke navigated the obstacles with good humour and professionalism and kept me informed throughout the entire process.

Luke has been fantastic and truly one of the highlights of the home buying process. From the moment we met him at the open house for the property we ended up purchasing from him he was warm, informative, incredibly helpful and easy to get along with. He has made what was a stressful and sometimes confusing process as straightforward as possible and added an element of fun and humour throughout all of our interactions. We truly look forward to working with him again, whenever that may be and could not recommend his services more. We are incredibly appreciative of him and how smooth he made the process for us.

He went above and beyond with patience and expertise to make sure we were comfortable with each step of the process. We highly recommend his service and are looking forward to life in our new home!

Luke has been very professional and went above and beyond to get our property sold. It was a pleasure to work with Luke. It was easy and stressfree working with Luke for the sale of our property. We were very happy with his service and do recommend Luke.

We sold an investment property we had with our SMSF through Luke and he achieved an amazing price. I joked with him afterwards that if he could get that price for our other (smaller) property in the same complex, he could sell that too! Not only did he sell it within a matter of weeks, off market and with no advertising - but he actually achieved an even higher price than he got for the first unit! Unbelievable! He works hard for his clients and we can't rate him high enough.

Luke had been doing a fantastic job managing our rental property for some time when we advised him we were thinking of selling. Before we even went to market, Luke had found a buyer for the property at a price we were more than happy with. The deal looked like it was heading towards falling through due to incompetence on behalf of our solicitors with the contract, but Luke managed to do a brilliant job with keeping the buyer engaged and us informed through his skilful communication and personable manner. Sale has now gone through and we couldn't be happier. Would definitely use Luke again and recommend him to anyone.
