We sold an investment property we had with our SMSF through Luke and he achieved an amazing price. I joked with him afterwards that if he could get that price for our other (smaller) property in the same complex, he could sell that too! Not only did he sell it within a matter of weeks, off market and with no advertising - but he actually achieved an even higher price than he got for the first unit! Unbelievable! He works hard for his clients and we can't rate him high enough.

Luke had been doing a fantastic job managing our rental property for some time when we advised him we were thinking of selling. Before we even went to market, Luke had found a buyer for the property at a price we were more than happy with. The deal looked like it was heading towards falling through due to incompetence on behalf of our solicitors with the contract, but Luke managed to do a brilliant job with keeping the buyer engaged and us informed through his skilful communication and personable manner.
