Honestly everyone at JMO were a breath of fresh air after some other experiences with other agencies whilst browsing the market. As a buyer they were transparent, followed up with the seller for answers to questions, and have been an excellent conductor of information between both parties. They always got back to me quickly and nothing has been a bother for them, which is handy when you can’t for the life of you locate the tap for the plumbed fridge and need them to ask the seller for you - after settlement!
