We live in NSW and wanted to sell our investment property in Ormeau. We contacted a number of agents but we were really impressed with Morgan's drive, professionalism and ethics. Our investment property went on the market after the 0.5% intrest rate increase. The market was changing and Morgan was keeping us updated. The house had tenants and we know that Morgan treated them well and they were able to remain in the property. We happily sold our house for a good price and Morgan was helpful to the end. Honestly everyone at JMO were a breath of fresh air after some other experiences with other agencies whilst browsing the market. As a buyer they were transparent, followed up with the seller for answers to questions, and have been an excellent conductor of information between both parties. They always got back to me quickly and nothing has been a bother for them, which is handy when you can’t for the life of you locate the tap for the plumbed fridge and need them to ask the seller for you - after settlement!
