We're really not sure which superlatives we should use to adequately describe the amazing experience we've had with Joan. Not only did she make things so very easy for us as the buyers, but it was also clear just how well she understands her vendors and their needs. The process was clear from the start, and it was always the highlight of our day to get a bright and sunny greeting from Joan whenever we chatted on the phone. Joan had such an impact on our kids that all 3 of them call out 'WHO SOLD IT?' at randoms times, to which we must all reply 'JOAN DID!'. We never want to move house again, but if we did, we'd be making sure we did the whole shebang with Joan. She's a bloody legend.

The real plus and reason we went with Joan was her enthusiasm for our property and that translated into her marketing and sales. First inspection Saturday and sold on the Sunday.
