Joan and her family are local so she understands the surrounding property market well and also has many years of experience in the game. It was great that Joan knew the history of our property having sold it a few times now. The whole process went very smoothly once finance was approved and before we knew it we had the keys to our new home, bows and all! Joan was a pleasure to deal with. Being interstate purchasers, she was extremely accommodating to our schedule and made sure that we had plenty of time to explore the property in the limited time slots we had available. During negotiations with the vendors, Joan was always available and did her best to answer our questions. Throughout the process, Joan always acted ethically. She did everything she said she would and even arranged some final rubbish removal that the vendors missed after settlement.
