My experience with Joan was all of 20 minutes or so she was on the phone to the seller as i gave a verbal offer with in 1/2 hour the owner accepted my offer didn't think i was going to buy a house there and then. The transaction was smooth All the best to Joan

Honesty, trustworthy and reliable
