Honest & reliable
My favourite part about dealing with Joan compared to any other real estate is she is not pushy and doesn’t tell you 10 other people are going to buy the house, or I need to hurry up, or I’ve had 1000 emails about this. She’s honest and works not only for the seller but the buyer. I believe she was very fair and made sure the house was left immaculate for us! Thanks again Joan for helping us secure our very own first home.
