We used Joan Naldrett Real Estate just recently (Dec 2015) to sell our property in Baranduda. Joan was everything we could have wanted in an Agent. Good things come to those who... use Joan as their agent.
We met Joan by accident. We had been browsing the Wodonga market 'with intent' for about 12 months when we finally stumbled across Joan (literally almost stumbled; running into her outside a property we just happened to be walking by, outside of inspection times). We were first home buyers and had been promised the world by half of the agents in the area (the ones that had shown any interest at all in helping us)... yet still no luck. All of a sudden, following the briefest of meetings, we were caught up in a world of feeling like we were being shown homes by an old friend, being treated like what we wanted and what we cared about actually mattered and, most importantly, being given honest and open guidance and advice. The story ends with us in our new home, happy with the decision we have made, and comfortable in the knowledge that when it comes time to sell we won't have to think about which agent we'll be using.
