Joan helped us through the process of selling our first home. We had a young family with two children under the age of 3 so we really didn't have any time to commit to the process. Joan worked with us every step of the way and was very open and honest on our appraisal through to negotiating with our eventual buyers. Joan was always available and willing to answer any questions, regardless of how relevant they were, and was able to give us tips on presentation of the house and even used her own photography skills to take great photos for marketing. Our house sold within 4 days and we got a price that we were hoping for. What else could you want?
