Best of the Best
Hands down the best managing agents I have ever dealt with. Rhett was exceptional and most professional in every aspect of his interactions with me. He was extremely pro-active in finding a suitable tenant for my rental property. I called him of an afternoon and to my surprise he offered to meet me at the address that evening which was just too quick for me to accommodate. We met the at the address the next morning (he offered to grab me a coffee) and by that afternoon he was back taking photographs of the property after helping me undertake a last minute clean up. My property was listed for lease by that evening. WOW! A genuine and MOST informed managing agent. Hats off also to the rest of the team (Julie and Dariya who I have so far dealt with).

Positive Experience
The staff at John B Grant Real Estate worked with the landlord to solve issues as they evolved. It can be an emotional experience letting out your property to a tenant however the staff at Grant's made it as smooth as possible. I would recommend this agent to other landlords as a competent agency.

Great Assistance!
I want to thank John B Grant Team, for the help with the process of our application for our new home, as we are first time home tenants and we’re unsure on how things work, the team were very helpful in assisting us from the beginning of the application process to the end and still continue to help with any questions. It was an easy process. From the day of the inspection we felt very welcomed and comfortable in talking to the team. We appreciate everyone’s help as it was made easy for us to choose and apply through John B Grant, and we feel we have made the best decision, we are very happy!
