We are not satisfied with our experience. 1. Our agent told us that we will not pay water bill, but on the day we are moving in and signing of contract he let as sign saying we are the one who will pay our water bill. 2. We already settled all our payables from bond to advance rent then after that we are paying our rent on time every week without any delays and after 4 months we received an email saying that we have a balance to pay. That’s all i can say. We’ve been good tenants and doing our responsibility. I hope you can do yours. Thanks
