I really appreciate John Chapman and his agency for being honest and informative about the house I purchased , flexible with their time when I wanted to view the house at times at short notice , have extra information on the property on request that helped me make a decision .I did pay the market value for the property but there were no games of pretending invisible buyers were there to push me out of my price range . He is an honest agent and I recommend them as this industry is rife with dodgy agents . He will get you your price through honest tactics, not tricks so buyers like me feel safe . I run when I smell a rat ! I liked the agency so much I actually wanted to buy a property through this agency . It was the first time ever I wasn’t stressed through the whole experience
