John Chapman Real Estate agency is the “new kid on the block”.
Well, perhaps not a “kid”, being a former Barrister and Solicitor of some 20 years standing here in the upper Blue Mountains. As such John had the carriage of hundreds of property sales and a close working relationship with vendors and purchasers.
And perhaps not that “new”—John began his Real Estate career some time ago. Initially working at Ray White Leura, then Wedd & Co. Leura, McGrath Wentworth Falls, Richardson and Wrench Wentworth Falls, and Century 21 at Blackheath.
Then came a most enjoyable three or so years when John was with Jason Paul at Wentworth Falls Realty. The business was “expanded” to use the names Katoomba Village Realty, Leura Village Realty and Blackheath Village Realty.
Then in 2017 John began his own Agency – hardly new!
Operating on his own enables John to utilise all the above experiences but with the care and detail that comes from his legal background.
John’s adage is that “Real Estate Agents are the Vendor’s Agents—not the Real Estate Agent’s Agent!”.
John, a resident of the Upper Blue Mountains for over 30 years, created and planted out a significant “cool climate” garden in Katoomba. Experience with that garden allows him to advise on the presentation of gardens up here—that’s what the Sydney buyers like to see.
