John was honest and upfront from the outset of the marketing and sale of my home. Updates were provided weekly from online reports and John always made sure that personal contact was done at least 2 times per week. After open homes John would contact me after completion to provide an overview of number of attendees, their thoughts and what interest was like. When the final crunch came John kept on top of the sale process and engaged to advise of progress being made which was invaluable. To me it was a smooth process even though there were a few speed humps along the way. I would totally recommend John if you are considering selling as he is direct but also works with you through the entire process. Thanks John, and well done with my sale.
