To start with, when I first viewed the property Anthony was attentive and gave me a full house tour of the property as well as informed me of the amenities and additional features of the house in detail. Anthony unlocked all the doors, opened all the shutters, turned on all the lights and made sure everything was all in working order. As I had a few bad experiences when looking with previous agents I can say that Anthony by far went above and beyond for me, answered all my questions and was available to answer the phone or text messages at any suitable time. Anthony was never pushy at any stage of the inspection and always made me feel comfortable, never rushed me and did not at any time try and create the mindset of fear of missing out. Anthony spent approximately 2 hrs at the property with me on my first inspection even giving me time alone to walk through the property at my own pace. Anthony attended the property 4 times after the initial inspection with me so I could walk through the property again to give me the confidence in my purchase. My first home buying experience started with a really horrible start, and I thought that it was just not for me. but it ended with probably one of the best experiences I could have hoped for, it's not just the house that sells itself but it's the actions of the agent that make a difference. Anthony did a great job of insuring I was happy and content with my purchase always honest and upfront with no magical buyer from Sydney offering over the purchase price. Anthony is not your typical real estate agent looking for a sale, he is very down to earth, patient and actually genuinely cares about perspective buyers having something they are truly confident in and happy with. Thankyou Anthony for a great experience on my first home was definitely far beyond what other real estates are doing out there.
