John Cook Real Estate doesn’t just represent the epitome of professionalism, their also down to earth, making the Team very approachable to communicate with, whether it’s Reception, Property Management or Jane Cook herself. Excellent service!

John Cook has managed our rental properties with efficiency, clear communication and fairness in our experience with them over several years. They organise tradesmen/services quickly when needed. We have had very short turn around times when we needed to find new tennants and tennants have been well vetted. We highly recommend!

Extremely professional

I recently engaged John Cook Real Estate to manage my rental property in Orange. Jane and the girls have been extremely professional in their approach and together with their happy personalities it has made the whole process a weight of my shoulders..My new tenant was found within 24 hours of listing the property for rent.! I would certainly recommend this agency to anyone looking for a property manager or anyone looking to rent .
