We purchased our family home through John Cook a little over 4 years ago and they now manage our rental property in Orange. For the purchase of our home we found dealing with Anthony was just so easy, his a genuine straight up guy that works hard to ensure buying a home is a great experience. He's honest, reliable and has an intimate knowledge of the Orange and the market. For managing our rental, we felt we needed a change as the communication we were getting from our previous property manager wasn't great, we'd find things out late, return phone calls were sometimes 2 days. So we switch to John Cook. Jane and the team were amazing, the whole process seamed simplified, the communication is excellent. Since changing over it seems like we don't do anything, the team either call or email to let us know, then sort it out. Big thank you to the John Cook team from my family.

Treating Renters With Respect
Finally, a real estate agency that treats renters like human beings. That is, agencies normally look the other way because renters are mere small-fry compared to buyers and are potentially ongoing pests. Not so with John Cook Real Estate. At all. I felt respected, was served promptly and shown all relevant properties within the day, and signed a lease within the week. They also show concern that I am happy and comfortable in my property and I am. Thanks so much everyone, I feel loved!

Always prompt, helpful & polite. Good business knowledge
Very good tenant reports & photos each quarter. Good inspections when tenants leave - only missed one problem that I picked up- waterproof putty from sink counter to tiles had shrunk & required repairs, which we did. Many thanks for good service.
