From the moment I met with Emma, she was lovely, understanding and empathetic towards my situation. She made me feel comfortable with her knowledge and optimism for selling my house. During the process though, I was promised that an offer was a "gold ticket" and felt like I was pushed into a deal that didn't even end up being what it was. There was suposed miscommunication between agents and the vendor which then lead to the offer not being the "gold ticket" deal that it was. In the end, my property was still sold relatively quickly compared to how long it could have taken and for that, I am grateful.
