Professional and knowledgeable
I am so grateful to Emma for the help and advice she has given me while purchasing my current property. So easily approachable. I'm sure that it wouldn't have happened had she not been so helpful and knowledgeable about the processes that had to be gone through, and also speaking on my behalf to the then vendor. I couldn't recommend Emma highly enough for anyone who is wishing to sell or buy property.

First home buyer experience
Hello, my first home buying experience with estate agent Emma Dawson from John kerr real estate has been 100% professional. From my first enquiry to signing the paperwork, Emma has been caring, understanding and supportive throughout the entire stressful first home buying process. Offering her porfessional guidance in support of both myself and the owner, and that you don't get very often. I couldn't have asked for a better estate agent. I will be definitely be using Emma Dawson in the future.
