Iris has gone above and beyond her normal duties to ensure a good outcome and the quick sale of my property, she has always been very prompt and helpful with her communication. Iris is very attentive and took time out of her evenings, weekends and even during holidays to update me. Iris had her work cut out and had to sell my property twice due to the first buyer falling through, despite that she had a second buyer lined up within weeks. Despite the messy situation Iris was calm and friendly throughout the whole process which I really appreciated being a first time seller. I also brought the land through her originally so speaking both as a buyer and seller I would recommend Iris
