Iris has been a great help. Being the first time investor, I had 100's of questions (most of them stupid and dumb) and Iris patiently answered all of them until I was satisfied. She is available anytime over the calls and even on weekends / after-work hours to answer any questions. She is great and professional at her work - very diligent and hard-working. Being from NSW, Iris patiently helped me with video inspection of the house and coordinated the building and pest inspections for me as well. Iris - thanks a lot for your help, if I ever plan to sell my house, rest assured you'll get my listing :) Cheers!
