She went above and beyond arranging private inspection to suit my work arrangements because I couldn't attend the home open, and supporting the settlement process beyond her duty to accommodate for my disappointing settlement agent (who kept communicating misinformation among other things). She was also full of suggestions and recommendations for tradespeople. She did everything in her control to make the home buying process as easy as possible including answering all my trivial newbie questions. I would definitely use her for any future home buying/selling needs.

The refresh internally and externally all professionally organized by the team was excellent, affordable, and renewed a tired looking decor, to become more attractive to a potential buyer. This was all organized and completed by the team, as I was absent and didn't have the contacts, it was a blessing not to have to organize it myself.
