Based on the experience we had selling a property, I can’t think of any advice to give Nik Jones at Jones Ballard on how to improve. The attention to detail, the support arranging quality contractors, the proactive communication, the willingness to be flexible and most importantly, the result, all exceeded our expectations. Nik’s experience is also clearly an advantage. Pretty much everything he said would happen - did happen. An extremely professional and trustworthy agent we can’t recommend more highly.

Nik and his team have now sold three of our homes and Jones Ballard also managed our investment property for many years.
