We bought our property in Bassendean, Perth from Jones & Co. The process was slightly more challenging as we live in the UK. Kelly was very helpful in getting the sale through, despite the differences in the systems we are used to in the UK vs Australia. Through the buying process, she introduced us to Georgina, who works on the lettings side. Via conversations through the buying process, we were comfortable with Georgina's ability and more importantly she understood our perspective as she had relocated to Perth from the UK in recent years. Our property has been managed by Georgina since January 2018, and she has provided excellent service to date. She is very communicative, and we don't worry about how our property is being managed although we are on the other side of the world.
