We're happy with the sale price but got mixed feelings about the whole experience with Kelly Jones. Originally we thought she's professional and savvy about the property sales in this area and our first encounter was also positive. However, once we signed the contract with her to have her act as our real estate agent, she became not so personable or responsive, compared with our former agents in other properties. We thought she'd be the one who did all the home open inspections but she allocated it to one of her associates in one of the weeks. We just felt a bit disappointed. Not until we made further contacts to ask about the sale status did we get any input from her. We also had to offer our thoughts and strategies about lowering the sale price in order to get more offers BEFORE she followed up on it. In summary, happy with the price, but not so much with the personal touch.
