Natasha is a true professional! From showing us through the property to her communication and updates in record time she kept us informed and updated throughout our application and she was so friendly and approachable putting all my concerns to rest quickly. She guided us through bond deposits and move in details, assisting us with utility companies and made things clear and simple. Being new to Australia has been a challenging and scary experience but Natasha’s professionalism and dedication to helping our move in go smoothly has been massively reassuring, I know my family is safe and secure in our new home, 5 Coton Square, The Vines.

The crew were extremely helpful, efficient and friendly. The level of service was impeccable, all queries were answered without delay and answers were given in a way as to avoid any confusion. While the property manager is very good at managing the property the communication could be better. Quotes for jobs that need doing rather than an invoice for the repairs would be of great benefit. I doubt we will stay once our contract comes to an end.

I found jones and co to be the most genuine realestate I’ve come across. As soon as I spoke to them at the house opening for the house I currently reside in I knew that they saw Us as people and not a number and we’re amazing at communicating and being professional. 10/10 recommend them to anyone

Coming up to our 2 year anniversary. First time landlord and they make it seem to easy! Communication through a rather “easy” time. I found with other property managers was misrable. The main office phone wouldn’t even ring due to the nature of the rental market. But Jones and Co picked up. I like a process when making decisions similar to this, I don’t know how rent out a property safely and effectively to great tennants; so that was my expectation, I wanted professionals that knew what they were doing. I don’t shop on price as I think it’s a poor factor to have on making a long term business partner with HOWEVER the fee’s are attainable and after the quality given, care and communication it now seems like a bargain and could not recommend them highly enough.

I have been nothing but impressed since Jones & Co took over managing our property. I had shopped around being careful to pick 'the right one' considering past experiences. From the start the team listened to my concerns and immediately took accountability, turning some of the issues around and with a plan in place on how to manage the property going forward. Natasha our Property Manager has always kept me informed, is always available and responds in a timely manner. Based on this we have now given a 2nd property to Jones & Co to manage and feel confident it is in the right hands.
