Horrible way of managing the property. Huge maintenance costs. One simple issue requires multiple paid visits by very expensive tradies to resolve. The property has been cash flow negative for some time now just because of how Joyce manages costs. Maintenance orders are often issued without landlords approval. Last time I give a property to Joyce to manage. Very disappointed.
