Hi, I had an amazing time dealing with Joyce team initially as the property viewing and application processing was very thorough. However it was the post move in service which I felt needs massive improvement. Team is not responsive , house was not in cleaned state when we moved in and had to clean a lot of stuff. There were usual delay in communication from property manager.
