Good services in general. Very responsive during the application process leading up to renting the property. Good notice on terms of timings for house inspection. To improve: 1. Sending the receipts of the payments for the rent (none unless asked but had to wait for response) 2. Communication in general is not so good (take some time to response to a text msg or email) 3. After house inspection, no information about how the inspection went e.g. any findings whether good or bad etc. No communication at all even to say the inspection has been completed but just none. Thanks
