Thanks to Luke and the Jeffree Real Estate team for a great effort - we couldn’t be happier with the result (way over our Reserve) nor with the marketing effort responsible for it . I was particularly impressed with the calibre of the “tradies” Luke recommended -Darren provided considered advice on what was worth doing and then got in and did it while providing cheerful and reassuring company during our Covid downtime.- Craig did a great job knocking our hedges into shape. Urban Chic Property Styling made the interior look spectacular - and did it using enough of our own furniture to allow us to feel it was still “our” place. Lastly the photo shoot took full advantage of the setting and included the surrounding bush and garden in most shots. My impression was that Jeffree Real Estate has a happy team - the office staff were unfailingly helpful and pleasant to deal with; the “tradies” photographers and decorators Luke recommended did an excellent job and were fun to work with Luke and his team certainly lived up to the great reputation they have in the Vernon Avenue neighbourhood of Gymea Bay.
