Regretfully I purchased my first property through Luke and I have ever experienced customer service so poor in my life with not just Luke but with the property management staff. Phone calls , text messages and emails took forever to be responded to . Luke never attended his own meetings arranged at the property and the people who did attend knew nothing about the sale. On settlement date I was met at the location for the final inspection expecting to see luke as arranged however he had sent a less then impressed staff member who constantly rolled her eyes and huffed and puffed about being there. That day was meant to be a day to remember with at least a congratulations from the real estate if not some sort of small gift which was far from what occurred. Luke has been contacted about the issues and agrees the service provided was less than impressive . I guess I’ll buy my own champagne or fruit platter to celebrate a massive milestone in a persons life.
