Luke & Karen helped my elderly mother to purchase a villa recently. We met Karen initially and immediately she was helpful, informative and obliging with both appointment scheduling to accommodate mum travelling from the South Coast and requests to the vendor regarding settlement and terms. Luke came to our aid further into the negotiating stage and was both efficient and friendly making us feel at ease. Thankfully we were able to purchase the villa with simultaneous timeframes met for both the purchase and mum's sale. My family and my mother in particular were treated with respect and kindness which was greatly appreciated. Mum settled this week with a delightful welcome gift. Very happy all round. Thank you!
