Honest and easy to work with
Heading into the auction for 17 Alkaringa Rd Gymea Bay I was nervous about the process and my ability to secure a beautiful home for me and my son. As the selling agents Luke and Karen were an amazing source of guidance and support. Without Luke's deft and expert management of the negotiation I truly believe I would have walked away empty handed that day. Instead, I bought a beautiful home for my family and the vendor received fair market value for their renovated property.

Would not use
I won't be using this agent when I eventually look to sell. No show for scheduled 2nd viewing. Upon final inspection, items were left behind by previous owner. We requested they be removed, they were not. A further request was required and initially met with "well how do you expect them to collect it now that you have moved in?" from Luke. We had made it clear that if it was too difficult then we could just dump the items ourselves, but informed that the owners wanted to collect and keep the items. Items were eventually collected by the previous owner...and dumped on the street. Further follow up with the agent was met with zero result.

Many thanks to a very honest agent
Many thanks to Luke Jeffree and team fro the sale of my mum's place. We were selling in a time where the market is on a downturn which made for some very challenging moments. To Luke's credit, he provide accurate information on the current market and was honest around what I expected to get in terms of sales price. EXTREMELY HELPFUL
Luke and his staff were wonderful to deal with from day one right through to the sale of the house. They explained everything very clearly to myself and my mother and were always only too happy to answer any question that arose. I would definitely recommend Luke and his team to anyone considering selling their home in the future.

Super helpful
Trent was always prompt with answers to questions and information requests. He was polite, up front and made the process very easy for us. Upon price agreement there was a delay between agreeing and signing, in this period Trent kept his word and did not return to market to drum up more offers. Great bloke! Thanks again mate!
