Top Agent!!!

A pleasure to deal with
Although I was a buyer and therefore technically Roger was not my agent but the Vendor's agent, he was a pleasure to deal with. He responded promptly, honestly and without all the usual behaviour often associated with agents. As a lawyer, I've dealt with a lot of agents over thousands of transactions and I found Roger to be highly competent and efficient. Negotiations were finalised very quickly and without the usual agent talk. Thanks Roger for making the purchase such a smooth transaction.

Honest, credible and professional agent
Roger was an absolute pleasure to deal with and has restored my faith in real estate agents on the Gold Coast. From the initial inspection, throughout the purchasing process, and on the day of settlement, Roger provided me with updates and relevant information, provided accurate explanations of procedures (as this was a first home purchase for myself), was polite and respectful in all of our dealings, and showed exceptional efforts to ensure the process was smooth. I have no doubt Rojer would provide the same great service to anyone who was lucky enough to deal with him. A very good person indeed.

Surprising Outcome
I put my property up for sale feeling somewhat apprehensive about it selling, due to the fact that there were others in the block also for sale, and had been for a while. Roger was very professional in his approach and well informed about the market in the area. He was honest in the negotiation of price, and stuck to it while marketing. We sold within the month and the other properties for sale are still listed. Could not be happier, definitely recommend to anyone wanting to sell.

What a fantastic Overall Experience!
Without doubt the best agent we have dealt with!! We manage and renovate quite a few properties each year and have had many disappointing experiences in the past with other agents. I would have to say from the moment we met Roger we were convinced he would be our agent for life! He is genuine, sincere and always has his clients best interest at hand.
