Roger was the first of only two agents that responded to our request to view properties. Roger arranged the appointment to view the property and offered other listings he was on time, very professional and knowledgeable on the area. He was courteous and helpful and treated us with respect. Roger followed us up the following day and when we made a offer he immediately made contact with the vendor and with his negotiation skills he was able to agree on a price and the sale was done. We really appreciate the time and effort Roger gave us and we will continue to recommend Roger.

After a couple of challenges around buyers Roger was able to only bring real buyers to my table and after our first dealings I was confident that Roger would be the one to get the result I wanted. Before using Roger as our agent we had experience of him selling units in a complex we managed, we had nothing but fantastic feedback from the unit owners so that when we needed an agent we only thought of using Roger. From the initial listing through to the sale, Roger kept us informed and across all feedback from people who viewed our property. Not all the feedback was positive but it was good to hear how people felt. The property we sold had a long term tenant, he dealt with her in a most professional manner, Roger was flexible with her requests and just made the sale go through while not upsetting anyone. We met Roger Haddad at 4/77 Brighton Street, Biggera Waters 4216 he sold us the property, as we were pleased with our purchase and the way that Roger had conducted the purchase on our behalf, we decided to give him our investment property to sell 2/11 Frank Street Labrador. As the investment property had tenants and the purchase required vacant possession at settlement,the difficulties that Roger encountered in relation to having the tenants move out prior to settlement was very difficult to say the least. Roger prevailed however, and finally after 3 months of persistence Roger got us the vacant possession which the buyers required to fulfil our contract.
