As Director and Licensee of JW Residential, she was drawn to real estate for its ability to genuinely change people’s lives, whether guiding a family into their next chapter or achieving a result a client didn’t think possible. Known for her strong communication, transparency, and highly organised approach, Nikki treats every property and client with care, never “just another listing.” Her values are built on honesty, consistency, and doing what she says she’ll do, ensuring every experience feels smooth, supported, and successful. This agent is by far the best I have ever dealt with.

Excellent correspondence. Living in a different state and the tenants leaving the house in a complete mess. Nikki and her team were so helpful in assisting with rubbish removal, repairs and bond clean. The professionalism was second to none. Seamless from start to finish and extremely patient throughout, whilst waiting for it to be ready to put on the market. Once the pictures were published and the write up done, it sold in no time at all. This agent is by far the best I have ever dealt with. Don't bother with the over priced large companies who don't care. Nikki and her team are a must.

We loved her calm, knowledgeable & no nonsense / no harassing style!

Nikki & Britney sold our house for us back in January (sorry for delayed review guys!) We choose Nikki after previously viewing houses and seeing her approach with buyers. We loved her calm, knowledgeable & no nonsense / no harassing style! They were super helpful & reassuring throughout the process, especially as we needed to relocate interstate before settlement date. They took care of everything that popped up, guided me though difficult circumstances that arrose and calmly took all my frantic calls and questions when I felt totally out of control - being so far away! JW residential are to the point, prompt, reliable & work so, so many hours!! Would highly recommend to anyone looking to sell their property! Thanks again ladies!!
