Selling with Nikki and her team has been the best experience for me. She went above and beyond for many little things in the background and negotiated with the prospective buyers proactively. It was my first ever sale but Nikki was always there to guide me during the process. She's a gun :)

Nikki was truly exceptional as our real estate agent for the sale of our property. I was impressed with her level of knowledge and the amount of data that she had about the market. It was a no-brainer for me to work with her. We trusted her judgement implicitly. From the 1st call to settlement, it was smooth process. We were informed every step of the way and her staff also reflects those values. We found her cery personable and comfortable to approach and communicate with. She was ALWAYS available for any concerns or questions. Her responsiveness was incredible. IShe was always prompt in getting back to me and getting the job done when required for our property. Nikki will work with you to make sure everything is dealt with in timely manner so that there are no issues for you. This gave me the confidence in her and peace of mind that she would get the job done. Her promptness, knowledge of the market, strategic mindset, kindness, good energy made any concerns or issues seem simple with a workable solution. Nikki and Britney from JW residential were fantastic to deal with, with a limited time frame to sell our property they went over and above to ensure all deadlines were met, i was beginning to question whether or not they ever stop working as any time we had a query it would be answered almost instantly any time of the week .A professional outfit from start to finish it was an absolute pleasure to deal with them.We can not thank them enough for all their hard work on helping us into our dream home. Nikki and her team were simply amazing
Nikki and her team were simply amazing. Her calm and professional approach was first class from the get-go. Nikki's pricing and planning was clear and transparent, not to mention extremely competitive, and she stuck to the plan even when the market was telling us something different. Nikki constantly monitored the market and made whatever changes were necessary to attract buyers through our property. The biggest surprise came at Sale time when Nikki was able to far exceed our expectations.

The experience was absolutely amazing
I recently had the pleasure of working with Nikki (and Britney) to purchase a property, and the experience was absolutely amazing.
