Nikki provided great advice
Nikki provided great advice prior to putting the property onto the market which allowed us to get the property in its best presentation state prior to sale. Nikki also made us aware of what a realistic listing price was and that was frankly above what we thought the sale price would be. The way the property was marketed really showed off the best aspects of the property which resulted in offers above the listing price. We would really like to thank Nikki, Denelle and Britney, a job well done

Nikki was a pleasure to work with on this purchase. From the start her communication was clear, concise and most importantly of all, honest. The purchase process was smooth and hassle free and Nikki went about and beyond to assist in securing some special conditions we wanted on our contract. She was also extremely helpful through the settlement process, seamlessly linking up with our property manager and resolving any issues identified in the final walkthrough inspection with no fuss. Nothing was difficult working with Nikki and I sincerely hope we can buy with her again!!!

The whole team at JW Residential are amazing and very professional and efficient at what they do. Special mention to Britney who was so wonderful throughout the whole process, there was never anything she couldn't or wouldn't do to assist us in the whole process. The communication from both Britney & Nikki was amazing and you can see they pride themselves on quality customer service at every level, I would like to thank them both personally for looking after us as the buyers like we were actually their clients and made us feel part of the the JW Residential family :)

Best experience selling!

Nikki was great from the first phone call
Nikki was great from the first phone call. Everything was explained clearly, suggestions on how to display our home for sale were given honestly. All feedback from opens were given immediately, and she always followed up interested parties quickly. Nikki always returns calls, texts & emails promptly, communications were easy. Nikki knows the market and will achieve the best price for your property.
