Outstanding Management Service
Our investment property is in the care of Ryan at Creer Real Estate, his communication & prompt attention is outstanding. As soon as he received notification that our tenants were leaving our property Ryan notified us, advertised immediately therefore our property was only vacant for 1 week before the new tenants moved in. Ryan interviewed the interested applicants, did a reference check & called us with his recommendation on who would be best suited in our property. Top Managers
We need a manager who looks at the important things that make our life easier. We want someone that can see behind the fabrications of renters, that can see the damage or degradation of our property and can get the message across, that we need to keep happy successful tenants. Larissa is the best!
I can not recommend Larissa highly enough. She is hands-down the best property manager I have ever engaged (and as a landlord I have dealt with many). Larissa is friendly, professional, extremely detail orientated and has a vast knowledge of both landlords and tenants rights and responsibilities. She never fails to go above and beyond in her service to make sure that we are always kept up to date with our properties, and has even made herself available to me on her days off. I know that my properties are in safe hands with Larissa, and have recommended her to many of my friends and will continue to do so.

Reliable & Efficient Property Management
My property has recently been re-leased. A very short period of time elapsed before new tenants were found, even though this coincided with staff changes. Communication and dealings with my property managers have always been prompt and efficient.

Property Department at Creer is very efficient, co-operative and friendly.
When looking for a Property Manager for my property I telephoned quite a few real estate offices. Larissa Wood was the only one who acknowledged my call within a certain time I allowed people to respond. Since then I have found Larissa to be very efficient, friendly and very co-operative in all aspects of managing my property. I have been dealing with Larissa and Creer for the past 5 years and intend to continue ...due to the - efficient and professional service the department gives.
