It was a fearfully wet afternoon when I saw a property in Poowong and called Karen to make an appointment to inspect the home. She was in town, immediately drove to the house, opened up in the pouring rain & showed me the home. Within 48 hours, after a further inspection with my wife, we purchased the home. Knows the area very well, is aware of all the sale histories in the area and is upfront about costs and achievable sale price of the property. Communication with her and her team was reliable and consistent throughout the sale. I think I had a turn around of less than a month from advertisement to sale.
