I used Karen to sell my house earlier this year & so it was very easy to ask her to sell Mum’s property when she passed away in May! Karen is excellent at what she does & answers all our questions with up to date & informative responses. Very helpful & sold the property within a week. I highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell! She really knows her stuff.

Karen was the agent who sold to us. When it came time to move on it was a no-brained that we engage Karen to sell for us. On both occasions Karen was pleasant, clear, precise and very professional.

Karen has now sold two properties for us. Throughout both transactions she has provided us with up to date pricing information, comparative property listings and results as well as drawing on her knowledge of the area and the current market situation. She has been most diligent in arrangements for marketing information and photos as well as attending to enquiries and inspections and then reporting back to us afterwards with feedback from prospective buyers. We have been very happy with her services and would not hesitate to engage her again.

Karen has managed the rental property for a few years and then managed the sale for us. All her work has been extremely professional, competent and timely. Her vetting of prospective tenants, timely responsiveness to problems, financial management and reporting, and subsequent management of the sale has been excellent.

I recently dealt with Karen with the purchasing of my block of land in Longwarry. She was fantastic to deal with. She had no hesitation in going back to the vendor asking questions on my behalf, responded to all phone calls and emails promptly, was really easy to deal with. She really went all out to ensure a smooth transaction. She was a pleasure to deal with and would not hesitate to deal with her again.

When Karen turned up she told my wife and I exactly what the property was worth, she took quite a few photos and said it would be on the internet later that day. Around 4pm Karen told us to leave as a few couples were coming around, 2hrs later it was sold, we couldn’t believe it. Everything went smoothly to settlement with Karen always keeping us informed. It’s the best experience we’ve ever had with a realestate agent.
