I had Karen rent out my property in Longwarry for approximately 12 months. She quickly found me great tenants and always kept me updated with anything that was happening to do with the property. At the end of the lease I decided to sell the property, and was thrilled when Karen was able to get me a great sale price. Karen and Olivia are friendly, helpful and knowledgeable and I definitely recommend them if you're looking to rent, lease, buy or sell in the local area.

Rang Karen, after 24 hours a meeting was scheduled and the property was on the market within days. It then sold shortly later well above my expected price. Karen was friendly, knowledgeable, explained the whole process easily and answered any questions asked.

Karen was very professional and efficient with the sale of our property. Very positive right from the start, and was only too happy to answer any questions we had and was always easy to get in contact with. Karen's receptionist was lovely to deal with too. Highly recommend Karen and would very happily refer her to everyone. Karen also put us in contact with an excellent conveyancer who was also very efficient and easy to deal with. Any problems that arose, no matter how trivial was always dealt with in an efficient and swift manner by both Karen and Lonette.
