Very competant Agent.
Kate gave excellent service in the sale of Levi street. I was kept fully informed during the whole process and in my situation Kate had to give information to 2 different parties and satisfy both which she took on amazingly. Very happy with the overall outcome. I would use Kate again in the future.

Kate I found to be very easy to get along with, knowledgeable and not 'pushy'. Communicative through progress reports and post inspection feedback, and prompt in returning calls/answering emails. Final sell price was higher than I had hoped for, no marketing costs.

Kate and Christine are great real estates
Kate and Christine from Raine and Horne have helped me in every way a real estate should. I am very happy with my new home. They were friendly, polite and good and dealt with alot of experience. Christine is a Fantastic real estate agent and she will go a long way. She did everything I asked for and helped me with all my questions when I purchased my home. Couldnt get a better agent
We found Kate by purchasing a home she had for sale. It was being rented at the time as it had not sold at auction and the then-owner was not too fussed about selling urgently. As we had fallen in love with the view, we asked Kate to negotiate on our behalf and we were quite surprised with the painless result. We bought the property and have since sold two more properties with her. As we know how tediously painful it can be to sell property, we were astounded with the quick and agreeable results.

Kate and her team are exceptional and I would highly recommend
I was executor of my mother's estate and initially contacted Kate to advise on the best way to present and sell the family home. After implementing Kate's and our own ideas and contacting other agents in the area for comparison pricing Raine & Horne were by far superior. I found Kate to be highly skilled on her knowledge of the area, her marketing program was quick and thorough and she had confidence in achieving our price.
