A very pleasing result
We dealt with Steve who kept us well informed throughout the sales process. He was always easy to contact and responded quickly to any questions we had, updating us with new information as soon as it arose. Honest and upfront, Steve was fair to all interested in the home and helped us by setting realistic expectations which resulted in us being awarded the property after best offers were put forward. Would recommend Steve and Kate Smith to anyone looking to buy or sell there home.

Fantastic outcome
I recently was left the said property 30 The Strand Brahma Lodge in a will. The sale of the property was in the hands of Allan Edmonds. Allan was very professional he explained the process of selling the property very clear to me and answered any questions I had in a respectfull manner. I found Allan to be confident and honest with his conversation. I am very grateful for Allan and Anthony for selling the property for the best price on the day and would recommend him to family and friends. I will consider using Allan in the near future when I'm ready to buy .
