Sophie has worked in Real Estate for the past 8 years plus she brings to our team 6 years of working knowledge with Property Investors in the finance sector. Sophie’s attention to detail, her legislative knowledge and clear, ongoing communication style helps to form lasting relationships with all clients. She ensures that all issues are resolved quickly no matter how complex and possesses the key essentials and attributes that are vital for effective and competent real estate management. Sophie has resided in Tasmania’s South East for the past 30 years and specialises in properties in Sorell, Midway Point, Eastern Shore (+ surrounding suburbs), the Tasman Peninsula and beyond. Her knowledge of the area, its attractions and the community as a whole is vast.

About Alison

Alison began employment with Kate Storey Realty in 2017 where her main role was in administration. Alison completed her Property Representative License and has now worked in Property Management for the past 6 years. Alison has over 10 years experience in the Real Estate Industry and originally worked for a commercial real estate office on the Gold Coast as an Office Manager. In her spare time Alison enjoys experiencing all the outdoors has to offer with her son.

Kate Storey Realty was established in December 2008. Located in Sorell and Dunalley, it is the essential "Gateway" to the Forestier and Tasman Peninsulas. Rapidly-growing Kate Storey Realty now specialises in a large variety of areas, including the popular beach districts of Dodges Ferry, Carlton, Lewisham, Primrose Sands, Sorell and Midway Point. Kate Storey Realty, with additional staff joining the team, now branches out to the Eastern Shore, Hobart and suburbs, Glenorchy and suburbs, New Norfolk, Magra, Brighton and surrounding areas. Kate Storey Realty has a highly motivated sales and property management team and offers exceptional support. I was treated as a fellow human being and not a potential customer. Follow up with paperwork could not be faulted. I'm probably going to continue renting so I'd go company loyalty a little ahead of slightly better offerings from other agents.
