I’ve also got a direct contact with our tenants and check in now and again to make sure they’re also happy with the agency. They’ve always actioned maintenance quickly, resolved issues and perform inspections to our standards. We’re happy with them to manage our property and always find the agents easy to contact, and fast to answer.
