Agencies in Sorell, TAS, 7172

Laura was an incredibly helpful, thoughtful and responsive agent. We are moving from interstate, with some very specific requirements about what we need. Laura has worked tirelessly with us identifying an additional property suited to our needs, video tours, and continual follow up with both us and the owners to ensure that everyone is happy with the final options outlined in our contract, and specific requests. After weeks of back and forth with other agencies and properties, Laura had owner approval within 24 hours of first contact and showing us the property. Such a relief, and all staff were really friendly and helpful. The communication has been exceptional - and really appreciated.

My letting requirements were clearly communicated and tasks that I needed to complete were handed well and professionally.

Her expertise greatly assist my busy travel schedule and tight timelines. Regardless of the request, she was professional, knowledgeable, and genuinely committed to achieving the best outcome. Communication was always clear and prompt, and made the entire process feel straightforward and stress-free. What I appreciated most was Laura's attention to detail and willingness to go the extra mile. I always felt confident that I was in good hands with Laura and her services are hard to come by. Her customer focus and professionalism is great PR for Falls Real Estate. What a great way to start 2026 – providing such a supportive and positive real estate agent experience. I decided to have my new property to be manage under her & Sam. I would happily recommend this agent to anyone looking for reliable and dedicated real estate support within the area. Wishing both Laura and Sam the best in their careers in Falls Real Estate.
