Prior to listing, Katherine arranged for the land to be mown to improve its appeal and took impressive photos for online display. She spoke to the original developer and to council to obtain clarification on flooding in the area and what had been done to the block prior to my purchase - and kept me up-to-date with everything she was doing. Once the land was listed, she advised me of any enquiries from the public. Within a week of listing, she achieved a sale price I was happy to accept. Following agreement on the sale price, the purchasers became concerned about flooding, so Katherine made further enquiries and was swiftly able to satisfy them which meant the contract of sale was exchanged shortly thereafter.
