My initial comment is that review systems don't allow me to show a result just short of absolute perfection - in this case the experience was great, good communication, flexibility as we navigated the process and decisions, and a great outcome in the end I think that represented a balanced result for buyers and sellers... I am walking away happy. But being an old-fashioned curmudgeon I would have provided 4.75 stars because nothing in life is perfect. The true test however, if I need to purchase or sell in the future I have my go-to person.

We had lived in Eleebana for 15 years and always had a feeling that Kathleen would be the right agent for us and we were proven right. We hired Kathleen when we unexpectedly needed to sell in a hurry to buy another house and we were overwhelmed by all the things we thought we needed to do. We needed wise advice and Kathleen gave us a plan and expertly guided us to put our efforts into only what REALLY mattered (which was cleaning up our yard and improving street appeal instead of painting inside of house and replacing carpets). That took lots of things OFF our 'To Do' list straight away! We also wanted a joyful instead of stressful selling experience and Kathleen assured us that she would be there to help us have a positive and memorable experience of ending one chapter of our life and starting a new one. She also linked us with other wonderful people such as a great solicitor, professional stager and builder who did a full roof restoration for us quickly. We were even more amazed when we exchanged contracts just 72hrs after putting the house on the market with just one impromptu Open House AND we got above the asking price! Kathleen then immediately supported us through the process of putting an offer in on the house we wanted to downsize to in another area and we got it!!! Kathleen and her team are nothing but class and professionalism. This was a very hard one for my dad and I as it was the last home we had with my beautiful mum before she passed away. Kathleen made the transition smooth and professional but also with heart. She respected our circumstances with so much compassion but still keeping professional and to the job which was to sell the villa. We like straight shooters and Kathleen delivered. Even with some small hurdles she took them head on and all ran smooth. Her team are the same. Again, it was a very hard one for us, to let this this home go - but she delivered with class and style.
