The first words to my husband after Kathleen had left our home, following an appraisal, were “she was excellent & I know that Kathleen is the right agent for us”. I love to say we weren’t disappointed!!! During the appraisal Kathleen took written notes, observed everything, made comments then proceeded to explain calmly & clearly her selling process with answering any questions we had. There is no ego with Kathleen not once did she go on about how many homes she had sold & the sale prices achieved. Nor did she throw former brochures at us stating how quickly she can sell your home with a queue of people ready to buy or tell us how great she is with lots of ideas for selling. During the whole process Kathleen did not push or rush us to get to market as we were still preparing, constantly received quick communication, great organization well versed with photos, video & open home dates plus a lovely lady to deal with. My initial comment is that review systems don't allow me to show a result just short of absolute perfection - in this case the experience was great, good communication, flexibility as we navigated the process and decisions, and a great outcome in the end I think that represented a balanced result for buyers and sellers... I am walking away happy. But being an old-fashioned curmudgeon I would have provided 4.75 stars because nothing in life is perfect. The true test however, if I need to purchase or sell in the future I have my go-to person.

Kathleen and her team were great to deal with throughout the process. As a family we took the house off the market for a period of time which was supported by Kathleen. She was understanding that having open homes for a family of 6 is difficult and worked in with our timings. We never felt pressured to take an offer early in the sale process and trusted Kathleen's advice. Her knowledge of Eleebana is excellent. I would recommend Kathleen for anyone selling in the Eleebana area.
