Kathryn Hall was professional, thorough and completely trustworthy with communications, not only with myself but with potential buyers. She is a good negotiator between parties but I would classify her as an "honest broker". Moreover, she is a hard worker and never failed to turn up for Open days in a difficult to access location, even if the weather was appalling.
