A Quality Sales Experience
Our experience selling our property with Katrina Beohm Real Estate was that it was professional and involved great contact from Katrina and her team to discuss and offer guidance on the measures we needed to take to achieve a timely sale. We had a good meeting at the commencement of the process to discuss and agree on the most appropriate price for the house. Katrina provided comparable sales data for us to consider and worked constructively with us to arrive at a price we considered to be fair and achievable. The sales process was efficient and explained very well to us by Katrina. Good advice was provided by Katrina to enable us to present the property in the best condition. At the time of negotiating with the buyer, Katrina and her team offered timely and professional advice. All of the above enabled us to achieve a sales goal which exceeded our initial expectations. We are very happy with the sales service provided by Katrina and her team and would recommend them to any prospective seller or buyer.

Easy, fast & SOLD
From start to finish Katrina was efficient, professional and experienced. Katrina valued our house a good price and did not choose the easy quick option of a cheap price tag with a quick sale. Her marketing for our place was spot on and we got the price we were hoping for in less than ONE WEEK !!! Fantastic and highly recommended.

Simple and smooth
Katrina helped us purchase our new home and then sold our existing home. She was wonderful to deal with, from prompt communication, excellent knowledge and her work ethic we could not have asked for any more. Her staff Chris and Rachel were also outstanding and always only a phone call away for needs and concerns. Couldn't be happier!
Katrina was excellent! Her patience while we looked through the property was appreciated. She understood that this was a monumental moment for us and gave us the time to view the property without pressure or interference. In doing so, it allowing us to visualise our family living in the home and ultimately making the decision to extend an offer. Thank you to the support staff at Katrina's office also.
